vnc is a software that allows remote administration, computer-based operating system, Windows or Unix.
It ‘can then view the desktop of a machine that is “physically” located thousands of miles away.
You can use vnc, for example, to work on a Unix machine directly from their Windows-based personal computers.
VNC mouse and keyboard control the computer’s “target” and displays what is shown on the monitor connected to the remote computer.
vnc is also equipped with a Java applet that allows you to run the program even within a window of your Internet browser (eg Internet Explorer).
Ideal for managing a remote computer via the Internet or LAN.
vnc consists of two components: a server and a viewer: vnc the first is performed on the machine where you want to connect, the second on your personal computer from which you want to administer the first computer.
